1 year since Hurricane Irma came to destroy a big part of our beautiful Sint maarten Island …

Some Hotels and Villas are rebuilt already but not all of them for many raisons ..

For some owners , it’s time to take new photographs showing the new style, fournitures …

Quality of Real Estate Photography is very important and do all the difference with your competition !

For indoor shots, I use studio light that give to my photos the same light as outside and

this make a big difference with amator photographer .

The second way to have a light balance between indoor and outdoor is HDR ( High Dynamic Range) .

Personally, I’m not really fan of HDR style , for me the result is not realistic

and just few photographers know how to use this technical perfectly …
